These little vegan brownie bites are a perfect snack for in between and to satisfy your sugar cravings without feeling guilty. The best part about this healthy treat is that it is quick to make and at the same time tastes extremely delicious. You don’t believe me give it a try.

The reason I call them brownie bites is that they actually taste like brownies but minus the processed sugar and unhealthy fat. When I made these for the first time, my family liked it so much they could not believe that these are actually healthy. And I am telling you my family is not that big on healthy eating. So if you have a person in your family or you yourself do not believe in healthy and sugar-free desserts, then definitely give it a try.

3 Ingredient Vegan Brownie Bites
Ingredients
- 250 grams dates
- 200 grams walnuts
- 100 grams dessicated coconut to roll out
Instructions
- In a food processor, add dates and walnuts and grind them to a granular mixture. If you find the mixture too dry add more dates or if too liquidy then add more walnuts.
- Once you have reached teh desired consistency, make small balls out of it and roll them into the dessicated coconut.
- Your healthy brownie bites are ready to served.
