  1. In a pan, heat oil and add chopped garlic and onion. Saute until golden brown. Add red kidney beans, vegetable broth. Mash the beans a little bit to a spreadable consistency. Reduce the flame to medium and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes. Add cumin powder (optional), coriander, and red paprika powder.
  2. To make guacamole. Mash avocado, add chopped tomatoes, onions(optional), coriander, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. To make salsa. Chop tomatoes, onions, coriander, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Warm up tortillas on a pan from both the sides till you see few brown spots. Spread the kidney beans mixture on the wrap, then add veggies if your choice, I personally like cucumber wedges, lettuce. But you can add any type of veggies you like or opt it out completely. On top of it add guacamole, salsa and fold it and enjoy.
