Black Truffle Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 300 grams pasta of your choice
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 250 grams mushrooms sliced
  • 1 onion cubed
  • 150 grams heavy cream
  • 150 grams milk
  • 3-4 tbsp truffle pesto or truffle sauce
  • 1 cube vegetable stock
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp truffle oil for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil pasta with 3 tsp salt.
  • In a pan, saute onion and garlic till golden brown. Then add sliced mushrooms and continue sauteing till firm and the liquid is evaporated.
  • Add cream, milk, vegetable stock cube, nutmeg powder, truffle pesto and bring it to a boil. Finally add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add pasta to the sauce and mix well. Enjoy!
