3 Ingredient Vegan Brownie Bites
A perfect snack or dessert to satisfy those sugar cravings in a healthy way.
- 250 grams dates
- 200 grams walnuts
- 100 grams dessicated coconut to roll out
In a food processor, add dates and walnuts and grind them to a granular mixture. If you find the mixture too dry add more dates or if too liquidy then add more walnuts.
Once you have reached teh desired consistency, make small balls out of it and roll them into the dessicated coconut.
Your healthy brownie bites are ready to served.
